DAY 1: Arrival in Leh
Arrival at Leh Airport as per your scheduled flight, where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and assisted with a comfortable transfer to your pre-booked hotel in Leh.
Upon arrival at the hotel, complete the check-in formalities smoothly and spend the day resting in your room to allow your body to properly acclimatize to the high altitude conditions.
Enjoy a relaxed dinner at the hotel, followed by a peaceful overnight stay in Leh to prepare yourself for the upcoming days of exploration.
Day 2: Leh to Nubra Valley
After an early breakfast at the hotel, begin your scenic journey from Leh to Nubra Valley.
En route, drive across the world-famous Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads.
Visit Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley, known for its massive Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the entire valley.
Later, explore the sand dunes at Hunder and witness double-humped Bactrian camels.
Continue to your hotel or camp in Nubra Valley, check in, enjoy dinner.
Day 3: Nubra to Pangong
After an early breakfast in Nubra Valley, begin an adventurous drive towards the iconic Pangong Lake.
The journey takes you via the scenic Shyok route, known for its rugged beauty, dramatic terrain, and breathtaking views of mountains, valleys, and flowing rivers.
Arrive at Pangong Lake, a spectacular high-altitude saltwater lake famous for its constantly changing shades of blue under the Himalayan sky.
Later, check in to your camp or hotel near Pangong, enjoy a warm dinner, and relax overnight amid the serene surroundings.
Day 4: Pangong To Hanle
After breakfast near Pangong Lake, begin your journey towards Hanle, traveling through some of Ladakh’s most isolated and untouched regions with vast plains, high passes, and dramatic mountain backdrops.
En route, enjoy panoramic views of Changthang Plateau, where wide open valleys, grazing yaks, and nomadic settlements define the raw beauty of the region.
Arrive in Hanle, a peaceful village known for its high-altitude observatory, clear night skies, and spiritual calm.
Check in to your homestay or hotel, enjoy a warm dinner.
Day 5: Umling La/Mig La
After an early breakfast in Hanle, set out for an exhilarating high-altitude drive towards Mig La or Umling La.
The expedition will head to Umling La first; the decision to proceed to Mig La will be taken on-ground based on safety assessment.
Reach the summit area spend time capturing photographs, and take in the sense of achievement at one of the highest motorable roads on earth.
Arrive back in Hanle by evening, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight, reflecting on day of high-altitude exploration.
Day 6: Hanle to Tso Moriri
After breakfast in Hanle, begin your journey towards the stunning Tso Moriri Lake, driving through vast high-altitude plains, mountain passes, and remote Changthang landscapes.
Gradually approach Tso Moriri, a breathtaking high-altitude freshwater lake known for its crystal-clear waters and tranquil surroundings.
Later, check in to your hotel or camp near Tso Moriri, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight in complete harmony with nature.
Day 7: Tso Moriri to Leh
After an early breakfast near Tso Moriri Lake, begin your return journey to Leh, driving through spectacular high-altitude terrain and ever-changing landscapes of the Changthang region.
En route, pass through the picturesque village of Korzok and witness the unique lifestyle of local nomadic communities living in this remote Himalayan environment.
Arrive in Leh by evening, check in to your hotel, and unwind after an adventurous journey across Ladakh’s most remote regions.
DAY 8: Departure
After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities at the hotel.
As your incredible Ladakh adventure comes to a close, take a moment to reflect on the breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable experiences, and the bonds created along the way.

Travel Guidelines:
Mobile Network: Only Postpaid networks (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) are active in the region.
Breakfast Availability: Breakfast availability in the hotel on the first and last day depends on your arrival and departure timings.
Baggage Limit: The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
The prices for SIC and Dual Rider options are the same. In the event of adverse weather conditions, guests may be provided a seat in a car as an alternative, without any change in the price.
Package Amendments: The difference in cost due to changes in the number of guests, hotel, itinerary, etc., shall be borne by the client.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If not available, travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
Itinerary Changes: Trending Vacays reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e., weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
Medical Facilities: Oxygen cylinder & backup vehicle will be provided wherever the medical services are not readily available.
Altitude Acclimatization: Climatic conditions in high altitudes vary from the plains; you should take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
Health Precautions: Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
Liability: Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
Tour Completion: Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
Guidance: Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
Entry Tickets: All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
Cash Requirements: Carry enough cash as the number of ATMs in high-altitude regions are comparatively less and there are long queues at times.
Medical Certificate: All the travelers are requested to carry a copy of their medical certificate (if any) with them.
Mid-Trip Departure: If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trending Vacays will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Road Blocks: During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Trending Vacays will rearrange the itinerary for the travelers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
Rescheduling Policy (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings:
1. If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.
2. If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Trending Vacays reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
Trip Policies
Confirmation Policy:
Payment can be made in installments.
Upon the first payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once the 100% payment for your booking is completed, you will receive the booking voucher containing all the information about your trip.
Refund Policy:
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days if any.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel, then 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 0 to 15 days before the date of travel will result in a 100.0% charge of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
Payment Terms Policy:
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of travel
