DAY 1: Arrival in Leh
Arrive at Leh airport in the morning or early afternoon to kickstart your Leh Ladakh bike tour.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is reserved for acclimatization, it is the process of adjusting to changes in the environment, such as temperature, altitude.
Enjoy a hearty dinner and spend the night comfortably in Leh, preparing for the incredible experiences to come.
DAY 2: Leh | Local sightseeing
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we will set out for an exciting excursion to Sham Valley, a region known for its scenic beauty and cultural richness.
Our journey will include the following highlights: Hall of Fame: A remarkable museum maintained by the Indian Army, this site pays tribute to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives for the nation. Gurudwara Pathar Sahib: A peaceful and spiritually uplifting place, this revered Sikh shrine was built in honor of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Magnetic Hill: Experience the mysterious phenomenon where vehicles appear to defy gravity and roll uphill! A unique spot that leaves travelers amazed and makes for an interesting photo-op.
Sangam (Confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers): Witness the stunning natural spectacle where the turquoise waters of the Indus River meet the muddy waters of the Zanskar River.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra | Mighty Khardung La
After breakfast, depart for Nubra Valley via one of the highest motarable road in the world at 5359m: Khardung La
Marvel at the breathtaking landscapes nestled between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges.
Check in to your camps upon arrival in Nubra.
Visit the famous cold desert and white sand dunes, and witness the double hump camels.
Explore Diskit Village and visit the iconic Diskit Monastery with its towering Buddha statue.
Return to the hotel by evening, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 4: Nubra to Pangong Lake
Leave Nubra Valley in the morning and drive towards Pangong Lake.
Enjoy the scenic drive along the Shyok River.
Continue your journey towards Pangong Tso.
Reach the picturesque Pangong Lake in the afternoon.
Check into your accommodation on the shores of Pangong Tso.
Spend the evening by the lake.
Enjoy the mesmerizing sunset over the shimmering waters of Pangong Tso.

Day 5: Pangong Tso to Hanle | Starry Haven
Start your morning with a hearty breakfast before setting out on an unforgettable journey to Hanle, one of Ladakh’s most remote and tranquil villages, nestled in the Changthang region.
The route is an adventure in itself, spanning 8 to 9 hours of stunning landscapes and rugged terrain.
By evening, reach Hanle, a quaint village known for its simplicity and charm.
Settle into your comfortable homestay or hotel, thepeaceful ambiance of Hanle, combined with its starry skies, offers a perfect retreat for the night.
Enjoy a restful overnight stay in Hanle, soaking in the serenity of this extraordinary destination.
Day 6: Hanle to Umling La and Back to Hanle
After breakfast, we’ll set off towards Umling La, the world’s highest motorable road, located at an incredible altitude of 5,802 m.
The drive takes you through vast, rugged terrain with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
After soaking in the beauty of the highest point, we will begin our journey back to Hanle. The return drive offers more stunning landscapes and peaceful surroundings. We will arrive in Hanle by evening and check in at your homestay or hotel.
Savor a delicious dinner to end the day and relax in the quiet, remote village of Hanle. Overnight stay in Hanle to recharge after a thrilling day.
Day 7: Hanle To Leh
After a delicious breakfast, begin your journey back to Leh from the stunning. The road winds through Ladakh’s captivating landscape, offering another chance to absorb the beauty of the region.
On the way, take a stop to explore some traditional attractions, soaking in the charm of Ladakh’s culture and natural beauty. Continue your journey towards Leh, enjoying the changing scenery along the way.
Upon arrival in Leh, head to the Leh Market where you can shop for unique local goods, souvenirs, and handcrafted items.
Check in at your hotel in Leh for an overnight stay, where you can unwind and reflect on your amazing journey.
DAY 8: Departure
After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities at the hotel.
As your incredible Ladakh adventure comes to a close, take a moment to reflect on the breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable experiences, and the bonds created along the way.
Return home with a heart full of cherished memories, knowing this journey will stay with you forever.

Travel Guidelines:
Mobile Network: Only Postpaid networks (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) are active in the region.
Breakfast Availability: Breakfast availability in the hotel on the first and last day depends on your arrival and departure timings.
Baggage Limit: The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
Package Amendments: The difference in cost due to changes in the number of guests, hotel, itinerary, etc., shall be borne by the client.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If not available, travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
Itinerary Changes: Trending Vacays reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e., weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
Medical Facilities: Oxygen cylinder & backup vehicle will be provided wherever the medical services are not readily available.
Altitude Acclimatization: Climatic conditions in high altitudes vary from the plains; you should take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
Health Precautions: Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
Liability: Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
Tour Completion: Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
Guidance: Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
Entry Tickets: All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
Cash Requirements: Carry enough cash as the number of ATMs in high-altitude regions are comparatively less and there are long queues at times.
Medical Certificate: All the travelers are requested to carry a copy of their medical certificate (if any) with them.
Mid-Trip Departure: If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trending Vacays will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Road Blocks: During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Trending Vacays will rearrange the itinerary for the travelers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
Rescheduling Policy (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings:
1. If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.
2. If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Trending Vacays reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
Trip Policies
Confirmation Policy:
Payment can be made in installments.
Upon the first payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once the 100% payment for your booking is completed, you will receive the booking voucher containing all the information about your trip.
Refund Policy:
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days if any.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel, then 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 0 to 15 days before the date of travel will result in a 100.0% charge of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
Payment Terms Policy:
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of travel
