DAY 1: Delhi to Manali Volvo Bus
Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime!
Arrive in Delhi by evening for your Volvo journey.
Once there, our team will share all the exciting details and contact information to guide you effortlessly to the Volvo boarding point.
From Delhi, we'll embark on a thrilling journey to the enchanting destination of Manali. Get ready for a joyous ride!
Day 2: Manali | Acclimatization & Exploration
After arrival in Manali, check-in to your hotel and today is the day for acclimatization before your adventure begins.
Acclimatization is the process of adjusting to changes in the environment, such as temperature, altitude.
If you feel you can sightsee nearby places on your own like Hadimba Temple, Mall Road, Old Manali for a café crawl and discover its vibrant vibe.
Collect bikes for the adventure ahead and return to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel followed by a briefing session and overnight stay.
Day 3: Manali to Sarchu | Jispa & Baralacha Pass
Wake up to serene enviroment of Manali, have delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel.
Begin your ride on the iconic Leh-Manali Highway.
Pass through the Atal Tunnel into the scenic Lahaul Valley, following the Chandra River to Keylong, the administrative center of Lahaul & Spiti.
Stop at Suraj Taal, a pristine lake near the top of Baralacha-La Pass, for breathtaking views.
Reach Sarchu and settle into your camps.
Enjoy your Dinner in Camps & get ready to sleep.
Enjoy an unforgettable overnight stay under the stars.
Day 4: Sarchu to Tso Moriri | Gata Loops - Lachung La - Tanglang La
Start your thrilling day with breakfast at the campsite.
Begin your thrilling and longest leg of the journey, crossing the famous Gata Loops (21 sharp hairpin bends at 4669 m).
Pass through Nakee-La(4739 m) and Lachung-La (5065 m) near Brandy Bridge.
Stop at Pang (4600 m), an army base for relaxing.
Drive across the mesmerizing Moore Plains and ascend Tanglang La (5328 m), the second-highest motorable road in the world.
Check in to your stay and enjoy the dinner & overnight stay at Tso Moriri.
Day 5: Tso Moriri to Hanle | Stargazing
Start your morning with a hearty breakfast before setting out on an unforgettable journey to Hanle, one of Ladakh’s most remote and tranquil villages, nestled in the Changthang region.
By evening, reach Hanle, a quaint village known for its simplicity and charm.
Settle into your comfortable homestay combined with its starry skies, offers a perfect retreat for the night.
Enjoy a restful overnight stay in Hanle, soaking in the serenity of this extraordinary destination.
Day 6: Hanle to Umling La
After breakfast, we’ll set off towards Umling La, the world’s highest motorable road, located at an incredible altitude of 5,802 m.
The drive takes you through vast, rugged terrain with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
After soaking in the beauty of the highest point, we will begin our journey back to Hanle.
Savor a delicious dinner to end the day and relax in the quiet, remote village of Hanle. Overnight stay in Hanle to recharge after a thrilling day.
Day 7: Hanle to Pangong Tso | Magical Lake
After breakfast, check out from the accomodation and begin your journey to the stunning Pangong Tso.
En route, marvel at the ever-changing colors of Pangong Tso, which shifts hues 4-5 times a day.
Upon arrival at Pangong Lake, you’ll check in to your campsite nestled near the lake’s edge.
Take some time to explore the tranquil surroundings, sit by the lake, and reflect on the incredible journey so far.
Dinner & overnight stay at Pangong.
Day 8: Pangong Tso to Nubra
After breakfast, bid farewell to the serene lake and begin your journey toward Nubra Valley.
Ride through remote villages like Durbuk and Tangste, as you continue.
Reach Hunder by the afternoon and explore the famous sand dunes, and witness Bactrian (double-humped) camels.
Visit Diskit Monastery, home to the iconic Maitreya Buddha statue, offering panoramic views of the valley.
Check in at your accommodation, enjoy a delicious dinner.
Day 9: Nubra - Leh | Khardung La
Wake up to the crisp mountain air of Nubra Valley, after breakfast, begin your journey back to Leh, traversing the scenic and challenging Khardung La (5,359m), second highest motorable roads in the world.
As you ascend towards Khardung La, experience the thrill of riding through winding mountain roads with spectacular views of snow-capped peaks.
Arrive in Leh by the afternoon, where you can check into your hotel and relax after the long ride.
Dinner and overnight at Leh.
Day 10: Leh To Sarchu
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey toward Sarchu.
Drive across some of the highest motorable passes, including Tanglang La (17,480 ft) the second highest pass on the Manali-Leh route.
Reach Sarchu/Jispa by evening the border between Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh, known for its dramatic barren beauty.
Check-in at your camp. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarchu/Jispa camps.
Day 11: Sarchu to Manali
Wake up early and enjoy breakfast amidst the rugged beauty of Sarchu.
Begin your journey towards Manali, driving through the stunning Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft), known for its snow covered landscapes and surreal beauty.
Cross the iconic Atal Tunnel (if open) or Rohtang Pass, depending on weather conditions.
Arrive in Manali, freshen up, relax for a bit and board your overnight Volvo bus/private transfer to Delhi.

DAY 12: Arrival in Delhi
Morning arrival in Delhi, trip ends with beautiful memories.

Travel Guidelines:
Mobile Network: Only Postpaid networks (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) are active in the region.
Breakfast Availability: Breakfast availability in the hotel on the first and last day depends on your arrival and departure timings.
Baggage Limit: The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
Package Amendments: The difference in cost due to changes in the number of guests, hotel, itinerary, etc., shall be borne by the client.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If not available, travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
Itinerary Changes: Trending Vacays reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e., weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
Medical Facilities: Oxygen cylinder & backup vehicle will be provided wherever the medical services are not readily available.
Altitude Acclimatization: Climatic conditions in high altitudes vary from the plains; you should take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
Health Precautions: Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
Liability: Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
Tour Completion: Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
Guidance: Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
Entry Tickets: All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
Cash Requirements: Carry enough cash as the number of ATMs in high-altitude regions are comparatively less and there are long queues at times.
Medical Certificate: All the travelers are requested to carry a copy of their medical certificate (if any) with them.
Mid-Trip Departure: If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trending Vacays will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Road Blocks: During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Trending Vacays will rearrange the itinerary for the travelers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
Rescheduling Policy (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings:
1. If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.
2. If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Trending Vacays reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
Trip Policies
Confirmation Policy:
Payment can be made in installments.
Upon the first payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once the 100% payment for your booking is completed, you will receive the booking voucher containing all the information about your trip.
Refund Policy:
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days if any.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel, then 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 0 to 15 days before the date of travel will result in a 100.0% charge of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
Payment Terms Policy:
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of travel
