25% Initial Payment: A payment equivalent to 25% of the total tour cost is required upon booking confirmation.
Hotel-Specific Bookings: For reservations specific to hotels, an upfront payment of 50% of the total amount is mandatory at the time of booking.
75% Balance Before 15 Days: The remaining 75% of the total tour cost must be settled no later than 15 days before the scheduled date of travel.
Full Payment for Flight Bookings: Flight bookings necessitate the payment of the entire 100% amount at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 30 Days Prior: If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25.0% of the total tour cost will be imposed.
Cancellation 15-30 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 50.0% of the total tour cost.
Cancellation 0-15 Days Prior: For cancellations within 0 to 15 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee amounting to 100.0% of the total tour cost will be applicable.
